60 Minute Massage

A longer session time is very helpful when you are seeking full body treatment and/or have multiple areas that require more specific focus. As always, each session is customized to meet your individual needs. 

90 Minute Massage

If you like, we can include cupping therapy as part of your massage session for no additional cost.
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. The cups may be made of earthenware, glass, plastic, or silicone. Cupping therapy might be trendy now, but itâ€™s not new. It dates back to ancient Egyptian, Chinese, and Middle Eastern cultures. One of the oldest medical textbooks in the world, the Ebers Papyrus, describes how the ancient Egyptians used cupping therapy in 1550 B.C.

Cupping Therapy

Choose from 60, 90 or 120 minute session times. Prenatal massage is similar to massage during non-pregnancy in terms of the goals (relaxation, pain relief, increased circulation & mobility, etc.) However, modifications are made to accommodate the changes undergone during pregnancy. Special pillows, positioning and techniques are utilized to ensure comfort for both the expecting mother and baby. With a growing belly, changing center of gravity and the many other changes associated with pregnancy, prenatal massage can help provide relief and a sense of well being that is much deserved.
